Not a school or teacher
Fastie is not your school, teacher, counselor, or legal advisor. AI output is a study aid, not an official grade or policy.

Eligibility
Use Fastie only if you can lawfully use online study tools in your region. Minors should have parent/guardian or school permission where required.

Account types
You may sign in with Google, email, or continue as a guest where offered. Guests get AI chat; notes, flashcards, and planner need a signed-in account.

No invite code
Normal student access does not require an access code or invite. Staff-only areas may still be restricted.

Accurate account info
Provide truthful account details and keep credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

One person per account
Do not share accounts to evade bans, rate limits, or school rules.

Acceptable purpose
Use Fastie for learning, homework help, and study organization—not to harm people, systems, or institutions.

No malware requests
You must not request viruses, malware, worms, trojans, ransomware, keyloggers, droppers, loaders, reverse shells, stealers, crypters, or similar.

No jailbreaks
You must not use prompt injection, DAN-style personas, “never refuse” scripts, or other attempts to disable safety filters.

No hacking ops
Do not ask Fastie to help hack accounts, crack passwords for real targets, phish, card, or run DDoS or botnets.

No illegal how-tos
Do not request drug synthesis, weapons instructions, or other illegal how-to content.

No child sexual content
Sexual content involving minors is strictly forbidden. Violations may be reported and access terminated.

No self-harm instructions
Do not request practical guidance on suicide or self-harm. Seek real-world help resources instead.

Academic integrity
Follow your school’s honesty policy. Prefer learning methods; do not submit AI text as your own when prohibited.

AI can be wrong
Models misread photos, invent facts, and err on math. You must verify answers before relying on them.

Photo uploads
Only upload worksheets and study materials you are allowed to share. Avoid highly sensitive personal documents.

Your content license
You keep rights to your content. You grant Fastie a limited license to process it to provide the service.

Third-party models
Prompts may be processed by providers such as Google Gemini and OpenAI (including GPT-5 Nano) under their terms.

Rate limits & fair use
We may apply rate limits, cooldowns, or feature caps to keep the service free and stable for everyone.

No abuse of infrastructure
Do not scrape abusively, spam endpoints, or automate load that degrades service for others.

Safety filters
Automated filters may block or refuse requests. Circumventing filters is a Terms violation.

Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, malware prompts, fraud, or legal risk without prior notice when needed.

Availability
We aim for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Feature changes
We may add, remove, or change features, models, or limits at any time.

Terms updates
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date and consent version will change; continued use or re-consent means acceptance.

Disclaimer of warranties
Fastie is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose to the extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fastie is not liable for grades, academic outcomes, or damages from reliance on AI output.

Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your misuse of Fastie or violation of these Terms.

Governing use by schools
If a school requires additional rules, those rules apply to your use on school-managed devices or accounts.

Export & local law
You must not use Fastie in ways that violate export controls or local laws where you live.
